About the Role:

Little Leaves is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder
  • Implement feedback from supervisors and engage in regular team meetings
  • Collect data throughout each session in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate regularly with the child's treatment team
  • Be a positive member of the center community

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience working with children with special needs, e.g., autism or developmental delays
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or commitment to earning one within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with children, families, and colleagues
