Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Teens with Autism

We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at Health Talent Pro. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for client programs.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
