Position Overview

Innvite Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to ensure the front desk operates with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to the hotel's established procedures and policies as detailed in the front office manual.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and oversee the training of front office personnel, including night audit duties.
  2. Assist in the scheduling of front desk staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  3. Collaborate with the General Manager on special projects and assignments as needed.
  4. Ensure front office staff are well-informed and knowledgeable about hotel operations.
  5. Maintain awareness of procedures, policies, and safety protocols among front office staff.
  6. Actively participate in yield management and rate analysis, assisting the General Manager in monitoring these processes.
  7. Oversee group bookings, ensuring timely follow-up on cut-offs and rooming lists, and communicate any issues to the General Manager.
  8. Facilitate group bookings as inquiries arise.
  9. Review audit packs and handle deposits in the absence of the General Manager.
  10. Foster effective communication between front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance to guarantee rooms are clean and ready for guests.
  11. Conduct room inspections regularly alongside the General Manager and head housekeeper.
  12. Work evening shifts and peak periods as the primary agent, and occasionally as the second assist agent as directed by the General Manager.
  13. Participate in departmental meetings.
  14. Fulfill all other responsibilities as outlined in the front desk associate job description.
  15. Perform any additional duties assigned by the General Manager.
  16. Consistently exhibit a professional demeanor towards guests, vendors, and colleagues.
