Job Description

The Assistant Community Director is responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of the property. This includes supervising on-site staff, managing the asset to meet client goals, and ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, and Maintenance Technicians.

• Assist with the management of the property's operational and financial goals.

• Collaborate with the Community Director to develop and implement strategies to improve property performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $22 - $23 / Hour
