The Assistant Community Director is responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of the property. This includes supervising on-site staff, managing the asset to meet client goals, and ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, and Maintenance Technicians.
• Assist with property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage property operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Community Director to develop and implement property strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and systems.
Pay: $22 - $23 / Hour
