Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director

- Assist the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
- Supervise on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
- Manage lease expirations and timely turnover to maximize revenue potential.
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounting month-end.
- Maintain resident files, including forms, leases, and documents, in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management items and report any injuries, illnesses, or property damage.
- Assist with facility maintenance, including reporting maintenance needs and ensuring timely completion.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- A competitive salary range of $25-$27 per hour.
