Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Director of Dining Services to spearhead our efforts in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a prestigious K12 school district. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our dining operations through strategic oversight and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial aspects, including P&L and budgeting for the dining account.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to develop nutritious and high-quality meals for students.
  • Introduce innovative culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and culinary departments.
  • Serve as a liaison among Compass Group, clients, and the broader community.
  • Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth dining operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years in food service management.
  • Experience in dining services.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and business insight.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
