Seeking a Highly Organized Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal to provide essential support to our attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with trial preparation, including coordinating witnesses, creating trial binders, and organizing exhibits.
  • Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
  • Gather relevant information from sources and conduct legal research.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining calendars, processing billing, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Paralegal certificate.
  • 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in business and commercial litigation.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, as well as court rules.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
