Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who enjoys and excels at assisting customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The right candidate will not shy away from challenging conversations and will have the ability to transform satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates through exceptional communication skills, a positive demeanor, initiative, proactive problem-solving, and outstanding service.

If you are driven, self-directed, possess excellent computer skills and phone etiquette, can maintain organization, complete tasks efficiently, and assist customers across multiple platforms and programs simultaneously, you may be the ideal candidate.

Essential Skills

Computer Proficiency

Comfortable with technology, adept at navigating multiple applications, skilled in keyboard shortcuts, and capable of typing at least 70 words per minute.

Writing and Editing

Strong writing, spelling, and grammar capabilities.

Communication

Ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of others.

Organizational Skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Work Ethic

A proactive self-starter who is diligent in completing tasks and resolving issues.

Schedule

Minimum of 20 hours per week. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
