As a Customer Advocate, you will play a critical role in assisting customers through the insurance eligibility process of their smile journey.

You will collect accurate customer insurance information to ensure clear coverage expectations can be communicated to our customers.

As part of the process, you will interact with insurance companies to verify customer insurance eligibility and serve as a subject matter expert related to insurance.

You will be responsible for verifications and accurate communications to customers and staff regarding insurance coverage.

Serves as a liaison between sales staff and customers to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive productive working relationship.

Ensures all insurance-related duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure excellent customer relations and financial success for the customer and other various operations functions.

Achieves and maintains key performance indicators by effectively managing daily eligibility workload and planning and other various operation functions.

Manages and assists designated sales/support team members with appropriate support regarding insurance processes.

Requirements include 1-2 years of medical or dental insurance experience, strong capability with MS Office, and understanding of ticketing systems and support channels.

Familiarity with Five9 and Salesforce is a plus.
