Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the staffing requirements of front office personnel, which includes interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk agents, front office supervisors, guest service aides, concierge staff, and PBX operators.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Front Office staff and be prepared to perform any of these duties as necessary.
  • Effectively manage and utilize the MICROS system at the front office, ensuring accurate handling of all daily transactions, including those that are less frequent.
  • Review and verify AM and PM discrepancy reports with precision.
  • Maintain communication with Housekeeping and Engineering Departments regarding guest room statuses, requests, and maintenance needs, ensuring efficient processing of guest inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring prompt and professional check-in and check-out processes, addressing inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs.
