We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Concierge to enhance the guest experience at ROOST Kelly Drive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service during the check-in and check-out processes, as well as managing various concierge duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee online, telephone, and in-person room bookings
- Greet guests warmly, facilitate check-ins, distribute room keys, and provide information about hotel amenities
- Process payments from guests efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Inform guests about local attractions and amenities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and accommodate special requests
- Assist in planning and organizing special events for guests
- Coordinate personalized services for VIP guests
- Develop comprehensive itineraries for guests, including transportation, dining, and tour arrangements
- Maintain physical stamina to assist guests with luggage as needed
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine approach to customer service
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
