Hotel Night Audit and Guest Services Manager

Job Overview: The Night Auditor plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while providing exceptional guest services during the overnight shift.

- Perform night audit tasks, including preparing and finalizing reports, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist guests with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries during the overnight shift
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
