Guest Services Coordinator

About the RoleThis role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a dedicated front desk team, greeting and interacting with guests, providing exceptional service, enforcing policies and procedures, using computer systems, and performing office tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, staff, and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of front desk agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests by anticipating their needs, listening attentively, and responding promptly
- Ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processes
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across the front desk team
- Use computer systems to process guest transactions, make reservations, and perform other administrative tasks
- Perform office tasks such as answering phones, scanning, copying, typing, and printing to support the front desk team
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Two years of experience working in a hotel front office environment with a focus on customer service and teamwork
- One year of experience in a hotel supervisory role with strong leadership and management skills
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage conflicts and issues
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of guests and transactions
