As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campervan depot, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of depot staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot, including fleet maintenance, inventory management, and staff supervision;
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise;
- Lead and develop a team of depot staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback;
- Collaborate with the North America - Operations Area Manager to achieve business objectives and improve depot performance;
- Source and establish relationships with external vendors and partners to support depot operations;
- Assist in the reselling of campervans, preparing and presenting them to prospective buyers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Eligibility to work in the US, valid driver's license, and ability to drive a campervan;
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
