Telecommunications Underground Project Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Underground Project Supervisor to join our team at Kanaan Communications, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision and coordination for project teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects and plans that support our company's long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of projects and plans to support the organization's long-term strategy
- Supervise day-to-day activities and project teams, establishing administrative guidance on project execution and ensuring compliance with predetermined project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
- Identify and course-correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
- Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of progressive construction and/or telecommunications supervisor experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid license; CDL Class A preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software and Geographic Information Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
- Ability to travel and have own transportation, with mileage driven on the job reimbursed
