Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to join our Reference Data development team in Irvine, CA. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Reference Data Systems software, assuming ownership from development to production rollout, and working in a multi-location agile environment in alignment with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-location agile environment in alignment with business and technology teams

Requirements

• Solid experience in the full software development life cycle for large-scale applications, including architecture and design, requirements analysis, development and testing, and production deployment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate strong team collaboration
• Self-driven, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong hands-on large-scale, multi-tenant development experience
• Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and senior management
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Application Developer in enterprise software development and Solution Architecture
• Strong technical experience in C++, Java, ReactJS required
• RDBMS SQL skills required (Sybase & SQL Server experience preferred)
• Experience with application security, scalability, and performance
• Experience with Unix and Unix shell scripting strongly preferred
• Experience with Drools preferred
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
