Job Summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the department, assisting with special projects, and providing support to other departments as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the department, including maintaining documentation, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects, including conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
  • Ensure timely submission, logging, and tracking of all Center contract deliverables, requests, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain job knowledge and apply it to complete job responsibilities, including planning, prioritizing, and organizing assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, advance degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of three years secretarial experience required.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications required.
