Job Summary:

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Operational Excellence Team and Senior Executives at Elliot Health System. This role involves facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization, community, and external partners, while fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the Executive(s) office, ensuring accuracy and timely input for calendar scheduling and meeting materials.

Coordinate all oral and written office communications, maintaining the Executive(s) files and performing routine administrative support work, including typing, transcribing, taking meeting minutes, filing, and photocopying.

Work cross-functionally with the Executive Assistant team, providing coverage and project support as required.

Maintain a high-level of communication with senior management to assure the timely and accurate sharing of information.

Requirements:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
