Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to join our team at Centric Solutions Group LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Global GM Account, focusing on growth, profitability, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in collaboration with customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Travel to customer sites, plants, and supplier locations to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales and revenue plans, aligning with the company's business strategy and objectives.
  • Manage the assigned book of business, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary representative on technical and commercial matters, ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy and objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotes, negotiate product development and tooling costs, and verify price-relevant data to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Present commercial proposals to customer purchasing organizations, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
  • Define and secure support for new projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to successfully launch new programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage platform profitability and support cost optimization initiatives, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Resolve customer quality and delivery issues, as well as past due accounts receivable, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Oversee customer cost reduction and materials programs to optimize the company's position in both the short and long term.
  • Support Program Management in all commercial aspects of assigned programs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of managing global OEM accounts and driving business growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%; valid Passport
