**Key Responsibilities:**
• Spearhead global strategies to enhance overall product quality and reliability.
• Utilize extensive experience in automotive manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes.
• Oversee warranty analysis processes to ensure optimal outcomes and minimize product defects.
• Maintain exceptional customer relationship management at both domestic and international levels, fostering strong partnerships with top-tier and second-tier industry players.
• Drive strong Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) practices and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure products meet stringent quality criteria.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
**Requirements:**
• A minimum 5-year track record leading as Senior Manager or above, with a proven ability to drive high-level decision-making and shape organizational success.
