AB Tasty operates in 12 locations worldwide:
North America, Europe, Asia Pacific.
The Enterprise Client Success Specialist role is integral to our North American Client Success team.
In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, assisting AB Tasty clients in maximizing the benefits of our offerings to meet their objectives.
This role involves close collaboration with Key Account Managers and cross-functional engagement with Product and Technology teams to deliver value that enhances growth potential and minimizes attrition.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise-level client organizations
Comprehend clients' business objectives, challenges, and goals to provide customized recommendations and strategic insights
Facilitate the successful onboarding of AB Tasty's platforms
Acquire an in-depth understanding of AB Tasty's product suite and remain updated on industry developments
Identify and anticipate risks and growth opportunities, collaborating with Key Account Managers
Proactively engage with clients to highlight additional features, services, and best practices that can further enhance their digital experiences
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a Customer Success / Account Management role for a complex product / SaaS organization
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication and active listening skills, capable of conveying messages clearly and effectively
Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest and experience in UX Design, e-commerce, analytics, and/or customer experience optimization
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
Additional technical knowledge in areas such as React, Server Side Rendering, SPA, API, SDK is a plus
