Restaurant Director

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Director to join our team in Dubuque, IA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a strong understanding of P&L statements and a passion for developing and mentoring others. In addition, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
• Manage staff schedules and activities, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods
• Evaluate health and safety practices against company standards and make decisions regarding menu items and staff performance

The salary for this position is up to $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
