Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pyramid Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process business requests according to government regulations, contract provisions, and internal procedures and controls.
  • Adhere to high standards of professional conduct consistent with the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Provide outstanding quality customer service by demonstrating and understanding customer needs and emphasizing timely responses.
  • Maintain current knowledge of contract and product provisions, administration of Nationwide products, processing systems, and related federal and state regulations.
  • Integrate lean methodology into daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles.
  • Consult and interpret contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers, and other operating units.
  • Include understanding topics that require insurance or securities license and registration and understand when and how to route those inquiries to the properly registered representative.
Requirements:
  • High school studies.
  • Undergraduate studies desirable.
  • Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC desirable.
