Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely project completion in line with specifications.
• Train and oversee employee safety practices through regular meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Adhere to all guidelines in the Foreman's Handbook and Safety Manual.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Interpret plans and material lists, applying necessary timelines.
• Submit crew members' timesheets punctually.
• Execute installation and construction duties, completing required paperwork promptly.

• Lead by example and share knowledge with team members.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures as required by clients.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with GPS systems is a plus.

Certifications:

• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Stormwater Supervisor Level II preferred.
• Lane Closure Certification preferred.
• Trenching safety and confined space certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR training preferred.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in reading and comprehending instructions and plans.
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with team members and clients.
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of performing strenuous physical activities, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment and navigate uneven surfaces.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to outdoor elements and construction site conditions.
• Noise levels may be high due to machinery and equipment.
