Role Overview:

In the Supply Chain Facilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products reach our guests swiftly. This position is vital within Logistics, focusing on distribution centers and import warehouses. Your efforts will positively impact thousands of team members and guests globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Collaborate with the Training Operations Manager (TOM) to understand training program content and strategies.
  • Coordinate training plans for new hires alongside TOM and Training Specialists (TS).
  • Deliver consistent training sessions for Warehouse Workers (WW) and Warehouse Associates (WA), including new hire and recertification training.
  • Ensure safety remains the top priority during training.
  • Build meaningful relationships with team members to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Support the onboarding and retention of new hires.
  • Monitor and assess progress to ensure proficiency.

Your primary focus will be on training and demonstrating job functions, while also supporting business needs in productive roles. This includes handling products safely and efficiently within the warehouse, ensuring accurate processing of merchandise.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate all power equipment and warehouse technology safely.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying merchandise weighing up to 47 lbs. regularly, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to move about the site frequently (up to 10-12 hours per shift).
  • Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
  • Capability to access all areas of the Distribution Center.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in distribution or training; experience in employee training preferred.
  • Positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in teams.
  • Ability to comprehend verbal, written, and visual communication effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities with minimal notice.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule to support training needs across multiple shifts.
