Business Development Manager

MP1 Solution is a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions. We're seeking a highly ambitious and customer-focused Account Manager to support our growing customer base.
As a Client Manager, your mission will be to drive value and satisfaction for our clients by cross-selling innovative compliance solutions, managing service adjustments, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience that promotes growth and fosters long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities- Meet daily quota expectations by focusing on sales activities and value-added services.
- Utilize 'Value-Based Sales Skills' to uncover clients' existing service issues and needs.
- Respond to customer concerns and proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Determine customers' needs and negotiate appropriate resolutions.
- Achieve sales activity and targets through engaging customers via phone and email.
- Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Retain customers at risk of cancellation or identified as potential lost business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide exceptional solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
