Job Overview

MedPro Disposal is a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with top prospects across the nation to expand our market reach and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify healthcare facilities with multiple locations or branches across the nation and prioritize chains or networks where centralized compliance solutions can offer significant efficiency and cost savings.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for each target segment, incorporating relevant messaging and value propositions, and utilize a combination of phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and direct mail to engage prospects and establish connections.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement a systematic follow-up process to maintain regular communication with prospects and nurture relationships over time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume outbound sales or business development role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • OTE $120-150K per year based on experience/performance; uncapped commissions.
