MRI Imaging Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in employing the magnetic resonance imaging technology to produce intricate images that assist in the evaluation of various medical conditions. These images are essential for healthcare professionals in making informed diagnostic decisions.
PRIMARY DUTIES:- Conducting MRI scans in accordance with established protocols and standards under the guidance of a Radiologist.
- Delivering empathetic patient care to individuals of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and seniors.
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (ARRT) or certification from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of Radiology.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R) or certification by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) as mandated by regulations.
- Preferred advanced certification by the ARRT in MRI (MR).
- Preferred experience of at least six (6) months as an MRI technologist.
- Current BLS certification.
