In the capacity of Project Manager CSM, you will be instrumental in facilitating the shift from traditional Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices, enhancing the IT delivery framework, and driving organizational change.

Your expertise will be vital in leading significant projects within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies and manage a team of Scrum Masters
  • Guide the establishment of operational and governance structures for companywide Scrum implementation
  • Advocate for ongoing improvement through Agile methodologies and change management strategies
  • Propel process enhancements using data-driven approaches and established techniques such as Value Stream Mapping, Takt Time, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Evaluate project outcomes based on business goals, value creation, and key performance indicators
  • Oversee the Scrum of Scrums, project delivery schedules, and associated risks within the project portfolio
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and provide insights on best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach; CSM certification or equivalent process improvement qualifications
  • Over 10 years of prior experience in Project Management within the Asset Management sector
  • Expertise in Business/IT process assessment, modeling, reengineering, and controls
  • Proven track record in improving software development processes
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile PLM tools such as Rally, Jira, and VersionOne (preferably Jira)
  • Outstanding communication, mentoring, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
