Overview:

The Regional Retail Manager is accountable for the comprehensive management and performance of a designated group of retail locations within the organization. This role involves effective communication and execution of strategies set forth by senior leadership to ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards while emphasizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor and develop retail teams using effective performance management tools to support their professional growth.
  2. Establish a vibrant atmosphere within the region that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and enhances customer engagement through exceptional service.
  3. Translate the brand narrative at the regional level by implementing consumer experience initiatives and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  4. Lead a team of retail leaders and associates, ensuring high levels of engagement and collaboration to foster a positive work environment.
  5. Drive sales and profitability across the region by managing expenses and overseeing financial aspects of multiple store budgets.
  6. Analyze data to identify business opportunities and develop strategies that exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  7. Build strategic relationships with key corporate partners to enhance operational practices and efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects to support all retail locations.
  9. Engage with the local community to promote brand awareness and encourage team members to contribute ideas.
  10. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new store leaders with support from HR partners.
  11. Utilize talent identification processes to cultivate a strong internal talent pool and develop personalized succession plans.
  12. Take ownership of personal development and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within a retail environment, with at least 3 years in multi-unit management.

Skills: Strong strategic thinking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in extended periods of walking, standing, and computer use. Moderate lifting may be required.

Work Environment: This position may involve travel as needed for special events, with no regular on-site requirements.
