Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Integrity and Pet Care Operations: Ensure pets in our care are safe and healthy, and maintain store standards by following company policies and procedures.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Optimize sales through merchandise strategies, manage inventory with audits and trend analysis, and operate POS systems accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • People Leadership: Guide sales associates in merchandise handling and product knowledge, foster their development through recognition, training, and coaching, and communicate company information and priorities effectively.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
