We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative/Funding Associate to join our team at K&S Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying contract documentation, administering verifications with external entities, and ensuring compliance with financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Verification: Verify contract documentation for accuracy and compliance, documenting all research and efforts in financial systems.
- Loan Document Verification: Verify loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large volumes of funding packages and customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize workflow to meet department objectives.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff of all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Competitive Pay: $16.00 to $17 per hour DOE, 40 hours per week.
- Training and Development: Training is Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. after training remote.
