At Autism Care Partners, our goal is to empower families to achieve their potential through early diagnosis and outstanding, innovative, interdisciplinary care. Our collaborative teams deliver comprehensive support throughout all stages of a child's development, offering services such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Diagnostic Evaluations (availability may vary by location).
Your Role at Autism Care Partners:
Behavior Support Specialists work directly with children in our centers, executing clinical plans designed by BCBAs to assist clients in developing essential communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must frequently adopt various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) to engage with active children
- Willingness to perform quick movements as outlined in the Behavior Intervention Plan when addressing challenging behaviors
