About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Intervention Specialist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and families affected by autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver home-based treatment to children and families in their natural environment
  • Teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and waiting through play-based activities
  • Work collaboratively with families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to families to help them navigate the challenges of autism
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
  • Available at least 3 weekdays
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
