  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our physician clinics
    • Manage clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and development
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
    • Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with our quality team to develop and implement quality improvement plans
Requirements
  • Education and Credentials
    • Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred
    • Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine
    • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
    • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
    • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
    • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
    • Strong clinical and operational skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
