We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Animal Dermatology Clinic. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, and anesthetic induction.
Provide compassionate nursing care to patients, including wound care and monitoring vital signs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
Develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a veterinary setting, preferably with dermatology experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
