Clinical Services Manager

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Management Department Director to lead our team of clinical care managers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the direction and management of the inpatient Care Management Department, providing leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model, staff of approximately 24-31 FTE, budget of approximately $M, and operations of the care management department for the facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in care management and leadership. You will be responsible for promoting team functioning, advancing the clinical care management model, and improving coordination of patient care in collaboration with all other disciplines. - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Care Management Department, providing direction and oversight for the clinical care management model, staff, and operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care coordination and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to advance the clinical care management model.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 2 years Supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, staff development and evaluation
- 1 year Care Management experience
- 3 years Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Social Services, Utilization Review/Quality Management, Case Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
