Join Concentra as a Physician Clinic Medical Director

Concentra is seeking a Physician Clinic Medical Director to lead our medical team in providing exceptional patient care and driving business outcomes. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for clinical operations, staff management, and business development in our urgent care and occupational medicine centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and lead by example
  • Ensure day-to-day execution of medical model and drive optimal clinical outcomes
  • Monitor key clinical center metrics and drive business outcomes
  • Manage clinicians and support staff and comply with APC supervisory requirements
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork and quality
  • Work with DMO to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous clinical improvement
  • Masters use of clinical systems to ensure efficiency and excellent supportive documentation
  • Ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations
  • Drive patient and client experience metrics
  • Actively participate in CLT meetings to improve quality and patient safety
Requirements:
  • Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred
  • Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
