Physician Assistant in Rehabilitation

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. They will practice in collaboration with other members of an interdisciplinary team, educating patients, families, and others as necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Conduct thorough assessments and revisions of treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve performance expectations.

Requirements- A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
- BLS required.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency required, with preference for Microsoft Office applications.
