About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse needs, including those requiring rehabilitation services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing plans of care, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, participate in team conferences, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Administer medications safely, as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for potential side effects.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or rehabilitation nursing, preferably with a focus on neurological or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
