**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist - Trade Execution to join our team at Stratford Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of trades and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and reconcile client trade data with counterparty instructions.
  • Prepare and communicate settlement instructions to clients' custodians.
  • Monitor and resolve failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements, and corporate actions.
  • Collaborate with clients and counterparties to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reporting.
  • Understand and adhere to settlement procedures and restrictions for various markets and asset types.
  • Manage daily work volume and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize BBH IMO technology and IMO vendor products to perform daily transactional processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily requirements are met.
  • Update team procedures as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and timely with internal and external clients and counterparties.
  • Provide feedback on client counterparty performance.
  • Provide exceptional client service to ensure client satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand fundamentals of relevant systems and processes and follow procedures and policies.
  • Work to understand how specific functions within GIMO impact other teams in Service Delivery.
  • Work with a risk-adverse mindset and proactively communicate and escalate potential risks, errors, and issues.
  • Ensure data privacy and integrity of data and avoid and escalate any cyber risks.
  • Follow our BCP protocol and security procedures.
