Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Data and Analytics finance support team, focusing on key financial processes such as monthly actuals, budgeting, strategic planning, and forecasting. This role requires collaboration with both Finance and the Data and Analytics leadership teams to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Take a leading role in producing accurate and timely departmental reporting.
2. Contribute significantly to the capital and expense budgeting and forecasting processes.
3. Establish measures to ensure precision in budgeting and forecasting.
4. Analyze data to determine the most effective financial strategies.
5. Provide budget and forecast insights to senior leadership.
6. Develop a thorough understanding of the accounting principles that drive performance.
7. Ensure that budgeting and forecasting processes are meticulously documented with detailed procedures.
8. Represent the Data and Analytics Finance support team in cross-functional initiatives.
9. Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- At least 1 year of experience with SAP/S4.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, as well as PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines for at least 1 year.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree.
- Experience in a large organizational setting.

Education
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
The typical pay range for this role is between $43 and $102 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
