Senior Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology systems for high-tech facilities, including cleanrooms, general manufacturing/process facilities, and institutional spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Engineering: Perform engineering tasks for the design of technology systems, including instrumentation and controls, telecommunications, fire alarm, and security systems.
- Technical Input: Assist in providing specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with the project team and other disciplines, as well as other design offices, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Document Development: Assist in the development of conceptual design, preliminary design, and final design documents, including technology schematic diagrams, technology equipment layout, cable routing, details, and other related documents.
- Team Collaboration: Work with disciplines to prepare and develop deliverables, ensuring that other disciplines' inputs are incorporated.
- Procedure Development: Assist in developing studies and design procedures to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective work by discipline team.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships both internal and external.
- Mentorship: Ability to mentor and train junior staff.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- Certifications: Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam preferred.
- Skills: General knowledge of codes and common industry standards related to the design of industrial and manufacturing facilities and systems.
- Soft Skills: Good time management skills, strong work ethic, attention to details, prior experience in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to build effective working relationships.
