Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Automotive Industry

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior knowledge and expertise to clients through a social media application
  • Teach and guide clients through a unique technological experience
  • Research and resolve billing or payment issues
  • Own the member experience from start to finish
  • Making decisions on whether to escalate or how to address issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or any combination thereof
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt communication style to fit the style of others
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
