Job Title: Guest Services Manager II

At Young Life, we're committed to creating an environment where our staff can bring Christ to life by creatively presenting the complete gospel of Jesus Christ. As a Guest Services Manager II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional care and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Guest Services team in providing attentive hospitality and anticipating guest needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive stewardship strategies to manage finances, people, buildings, and equipment.
  • Equip staff to participate in ongoing spiritual development and provide opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets, evaluate calendars, and maximize ministry and financial impact.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff, including the Housekeeping supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience.
  • Experience training and leading teams.
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to teach others.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time, and communicate effectively.
  • Spiritual maturity and understanding of Young Life's ministry, strategy, and mission.
