Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims, including evaluating damages and writing estimates.
- Effectively evaluate contract language and identify coverage issues to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers, including insureds, agents, and underwriters.
- Provide excellent customer service skills to a diverse client base, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless claim resolution and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Full knowledge of personal lines insurance contracts, investigation techniques, legal requirements, and insurance regulations.
- Experience in commercial claims handling, preferably with a focus on property damage claims.
- Proficiency in Symbility, Xactimate, or similar estimating platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in multiple systems and utilize provided technology to estimate damages in the field.
- Empowerment to make decisions within your authority and execute company mission.
