About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI platform and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and Prioritize Product Requirements: Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the product development lifecycle, including scoping, delivering end-to-end projects, and managing product launches.
  • Define and Analyze Metrics: Develop and analyze metrics to inform the success of the overall platform, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to track key metrics, OKRs, and launch plans, ensuring continued success of projects.
Requirements
  • Technical Product Management Experience: 4-6 years of experience in delivering highly technical products from scoping requirements to actual release.
  • Platform Development Experience: Experience in developing platforms that build and drive ecosystem of applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Communication and Diplomacy Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to diplomatically align stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business judgment, with ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.
  • Gen AI and Conversational AI Experience: Experience managing products related to Gen AI and/or Conversational AI, with understanding of NLU and NLP.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $143,000 - $286,000, with additional compensation for performance incentives and stock equity.
