About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Payments & Financial Services group, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our global product and feature sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to centralize global payment governance and billing platform
  • Formulate solutions to meet the needs of sellers across Walmart Marketplace
  • Manage expectations from the PFS group across the Walmart ecosystem
  • Bring deep payments industry expertise to build, maintain, and improve payment systems across Walmart Marketplace
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for automation to drive faster insights for Walmart business and sellers
  • Demonstrate data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to track product success
  • Define long-term vision and data strategies for product family
  • Assess payouts, financial services, and governance risk for domestic and international sellers
What You'll Achieve
  • Develop a modern, scalable payout governance platform
  • Design and deliver new and innovative payments and financial services capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with business, engineering, data science, and operational excellence teams
  • Drive key decisions that shape global payment platform strategy
  • Help address compliance and drive international platform expansion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management
  • 7 years' experience in product management or related area
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area
  • 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
