Your role will be pivotal in driving significant impact by delivering measurable outcomes across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and management of comprehensive technical product solutions, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional products and programs within a matrix organization.
- Assist in defining the roadmap and long-term vision for the teams you collaborate with.
- Establish metrics to assess impact and promote internal process enhancements.
- Clearly communicate the technology, requirements, objectives, and milestones of your team.
- Collaboratively shape the vision for creating Meta-scale, cutting-edge global products.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to guarantee timely delivery, providing daily coordination and quality assurance for tasks.
- Identify dependencies and formulate strategies for mitigation.
- Act swiftly in a flat organizational structure by working alongside technical program managers and engineers to foster a shared vision for enhancing execution and developing privacy and security solutions at scale.
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding planning, project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Build connections with product and infrastructure teams to identify adoption challenges and advocate for purposeful use development and privacy/security product adoption.
- Influence product decisions to align with broader company initiatives.
- Bring a strong sense of accountability and execution to the team.
- Establish common goals with product teams across the organization to foster alignment among multiple cross-functional teams and to develop and scale products for Meta.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
- Proven track record of delivering technology programs or products from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with user needs, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
- Ability to operate independently across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Experience in communication and collaboration with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with large-scale systems.
- Experience in establishing working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and partners in various time zones.
- Experience collaborating with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer-focused products, with a solid understanding of the underlying platforms and technologies.
